Beintoo, a mobile engagement platform, has entered into a joint venture with iDreamSky, the largest mobile gaming publisher in China, giving smartphone users in Asia the opportunity to earn rewards by using their favorite mobile apps.
Beintoo’s loyalty program, called BeClub, was introduced to the U.S. market in December 2013. It connects mobile users with brands via gamification, rewarding members for completing missions both online and offline. The partnership with iDreamSky extends Beintoo’s reach to one of the world’s largest mobile subscriber markets, giving Asian smartphone users access to the BeClub program.
“Establishing this joint venture is a major milestone in our international expansion strategy. In the coming months we will work closely with iDreamSky on replicating BeClub’s success in China,” Antonia Tomarchio, CEO of Beintoo, said in a press release. “Our goal is to create one of the leading providers of rewards-based online to offline marketing in Asia.”
Beintoo has offices in New York, Milan and Hong Kong, and also provides mobile advertising solutions in addition to BeClub.
